Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Shipping is FREE within Malaysia sitewide with no min spend. 

• Estimated delivery time to Malaysia is 3 -5 working days.

• Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

Custom Made Order Fulfillment

• Please note that for all custom made items, delivery period is 1 - 2 weeks from fabrication till order receipt.
  

• All sales are FINAL. No refunds will be entertained.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

NUMA Home is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery notification.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Photos of the parcel and product (if applicable)

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
