  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Customers can expect to receive their orders within 4–11 working days from the date the order is placed.

  • West Malaysia: 4–11 Working Days
  • East Malaysia: 5–11 Working Days

Important Information Regarding Clearance Items

Please note that items marked as Clearance (such as our Comforters) are subject to a longer processing and delivery lead time of 10–12 working days.

This extended timeframe is due to:

  • High Demand: These items are highly sought after, and we work hard to manage inventory levels to accommodate all customers.

  • Bulk Production: To ensure quality and consistency, these items are restocked in new batches daily. This rigorous production cycle ensures you receive fresh, quality-checked stock.

Peak Seasons & Public Holidays

During peak periods such as:

  • Chinese New Year

  • Hari Raya

  • Deepavali

  • Christmas

  • Major promotional sales events

Order fulfillment and delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy periods.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

NUMA Home is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery notification.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the parcel and product (if applicable)

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
