Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not been packed or shipped.
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled as all our bedding sets are made to order. 

Changing Your Order

• If you need to change your order (such as size, colour, or shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible.
• We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.

Refunds

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
